Definitely a megalopteran. But is it a fish*fly, a female Dob*son fly or what? (Or are they the same thing?)

this is a fishfly
not a dobson fly. they are not the same. female dobson flys have larger mandibles than fishflies, which lack them.

Actually, she/he has some mandibles, but they're small and downturned.
