It was identified in the field, in hand by Steve Krotzer who is one of the leading odontologists in the southeast and is a reviewer for Odonata Central.

And I'm sorry, but the identification is still incorrect. Please take a moment and compare your dragonfly to these scans of female grafiana and vinosa.

This is also Boyeria vinosa, for the same reasons as the other image.
