Megachile male
probably subgenus Megachiloides (check vs. Xanthosarus)
With Megachilini (Megachile and Coelioxys), always try to photograph a dorsal view of T6 as the carina has teeth or lack thereof very useful to identifying males.

This specimen is somewhat similar to another that I posted earlier, shown below:
Both are the same size, and were caught just days apart. The main difference seems to be the extra bushy hairs on the legs and face of this current bee posting. Perhaps the difference between female and male?
