Rhagonycha; suspect male triangulifera
suggest running it thru D&A [pp.859-61: couplets 2-34]

 
has to be it.
I'll try to re-image the tarsal claws, but this just has to be triangulifera, based on coloration alone. (I'm a little bothered by couplete 13 - "male front tarsi peceptibly dilated" - longulus LeConte. These certainly look diliated, but coloration doesn't fit longulus)

Suggest has to be another one.
