lol got a lil excited there. Looks like T. laevicollis but I'm not sure cause I think T. agriloides looks similar too. Leave it to Ted...he surely can get it closer than I can.

 
Based on shape of the pronotu
Based on shape of the pronotum, how robust it looks, slight concavity of the frons that can be seen and distribution, I want to say Taphrocerus agriloides. (Compared to images in Nicolay & Weiss 1920).
