Based on review of specimens, per. comm., and current distributions of the Cacama species in the sw. USA, specimens and images originating in Pima Co., Tuscon, & Desert Museum area likely belong to "moorei" - as moorei & valvata do not appear to be widely sympatric beyond the interface zone, if at all.

Locality + there is some slight orangish edging to the pronotum and slight indications in the "face".
