antennae almost twice as long as body- numerous in maritme swamp

Bob is correct. This is a female Adela caeruleella.

Also suggestive of 0227 - Adela caeruleella
...see Page at Microleps.Org for markings, long antenna. The plant and moth are both found in North Carolina.

Superfamily
Its something in the Gelechioidea Superfamily, possibly one of the casebearers (Coleophoridae)
