Chrysomela knabi
they all key as Chrysomela knabi but that is mainly based on the hostplant. Chrysomela interrupta has a very similar pattern but is only found on Alnus according to Downy and Arnett. I have some doubt if these are really different/good species.

Chrysomela species
The Peterson guide reports 17 species but only illustrates C. scripta - which this is not. The markings appear to be variable or the tree was infested with multiple species as illustrated here.
