Tabanid with striped legs - Leucotabanus annulatus

I think it's a Tabanid fly but Diptera has always been my worst order. If so, it was pretty docile for a Tabanid. It even took to walking across my shoe. Not visible in this image, but its legs are vibrantly striped.
