Male
This is a male. The head hasn't finished shrinking after emergence so the eyes are farther apart than usual.
The shape of the 5th sternite is consistent with
P. hyoscami

Beta
.
P. betae
has paler legs.
P. hyoscami
s. str. is an Eastern species, and possibly Mexican.
