Adults - extremely variable with at least four forms and lots of overlap. See Pogue & Laughlin(1) description and figures. Areas where similaris and deducta coexist require genetalic dissection or DNA for acurate determinations
two populations: western distribution from southern California through Baja California, Mexico, and spotty records from south-central Arizona (Baboquivari Mountains) and Sonora, Mexico; eastern distribution from central Texas south through eastern Mexico(1)
