It looks pretty close to the picture of the other species of Lype you attached. Here's a little larger photo on my website. Maybe that'll show the details better for a more confident identification.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything in the enlarged version that helped to significantly prove or disprove my hunch.

Lype(?)
This is a hunch based on general appearance rather than anything definitive that I can find in the photo. (Useful confirming details like spurs, palps, and venation are all unclear.) If the genus is correct, the species is diversa. Size, collection date, leg color, and the pale streaks on the dark wings are all suggestive of this species. The only image I can offer in support is of a similar Palearctic species, Lype phaeopa (here).
