Size: 8mm or so
Many adult Rhyzobius lophanthae were found on a particular tree, and after Abigail posted photos of the larvae I was able to find many larvae as well. Looks like it's a match to me but would like expert confirmation. Would add larva photos to BugGuide :)

Great work, that is it to a T. After getting home I was able to check my coccinellid larval key, and the arrangement of setae and tubercules is a perfect match. It's been a banner day for R. lophanthae on BugGuide!
