BUG IDENTIFICATION HELP!

I found this bug in my bathroom and now there are 4-5 that I am finding a week!

Heres a photo of the bug..
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/33/screenshot20110617at123.jpg/

Its a black bug measuring about 1/4in length (very small) with a small white stripe in the middle. I did find a larger earwig in there a few days ago and I think it might be its offspring.

If anyone can please identify this bug it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
