Orange fly - Dryope decrepita

Orange fly - Dryope decrepita
Wachusett Mountain, Princeton, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA
June 16, 2011
Size: 7 mm
Too big for Lauxaniidae so maybe a weakly bristled Scatophaga. Or Tetanocera. Or something else.

I'm not sure this is D. anilis
I'm not sure this is Dryomyza anilis. It looks like R1 may be bare and the frontal margin notched, exposing the lunule. That would make this Dryope decrepita. What do you think?
