Chalcidoid Wasp ? - Platygastridae

Size: 1.5 mm head to wing tips
I think this may be a Chalcidoid Wasp but I'm not certain enough of that to place it there directly. I found it in the yellow flower of a dandelion. I picked the dandelion and laid it on a ceramic tile for the photographs.
