Size: ~ 2.5 mm
Rismethus sp., I presume. Collected at UV light.

(I didn't key it, but it looks like a match to the images in the guide.)

Looks more like Jeff's specimen from Arkansas than the images of R. squamiger in the guide. Maybe this is the other species listed in American Beetles, R. scobinula (Candeze).

Moved from Rismethus.

Yes, in KY it would have to be scobinula.
