I'd like to know what kind of spider this is and if it's poisonous. Thanks.

Wolf Spider
in the genus Rabidosa. They are harmless. You can browse the images here.

I can't tell you
precisely what kind of spider you have, but I can assure you that it's not one that you have to worry about. Virtually all spiders are venomous, but only a very few are dangerous to humans. This isn't one of them. :)

Others will be able to give you a more specific ID.
