Yes, the pedipalp matches.

Brad, do you remember where you found this specimen? In Texas they've been associated with the imported fire ant, Solenopsis invicta.


 
Not sure
Most likely skimmed from the swimming pool. Lots of ants around too, of course, but I'm sure I didn't find it associated with anything.
