I'm not sure if it's teneral or not, it seems that it may be but I just can't figure out exactly what it is. I don't know if the angle is good enough for an ID or not.

It has the color pattern of
a female Erythrodiplax, check and . The yellow stigmas and smoky wingtips may help. This is yellower than we would have expected for Erythrodiplax, but not yellow enough for
