No :(
There are no published species keys for dytiscid larvae that I know of. Perhaps you can try rearing it?

I'll give it a shot
But I don't think it can't just be in a totally aquatic environment, since I believe it goes on land to pupate.

Yes...
they pupate on land, close to the water's edge, usually under cover or in soil. Try rearing them in a partially filled fish tank with a gradually sloping bottom and a dry platform of dirt and small stones.
