Eriophora ravilla
Moved from ID Request. Nice find.

Thank you Lynette
I pretty much destroyed its web by walking into. Just had to capture.
Just released. Its been interesting observing feeding of the Brown widow I posted a few days ago. Hmm, release where?

If it were me
I'd release it somewhere close to the house so I could watch it. Near an outside evening light might be good. But I suppose the best place would be back where you collected it.

Ha
That would be the mailbox. Not gonna happen.

Mailbox
Your mailbox is very popular! Is there a light next to it?

No,
but there is a bright light from the I75/Bee Ridge exchange. And then there is the neighbor's forever ongoing motion detector spotlight. It points straight at the mailbox. She's definitely not going back there.
I jumped around like a little girl the first time on it was on my hand. The fear of spiders hasn't diminsh.

Probably
Eriophora ravilla

Thank you John
I'm rarely sure. Looks identical to alot of the other images from Fl.
