Again, these are Brachycybe lecontii (Platydesmida: Andrognathidae). One frequently finds clusters with several sizes and age-classes under bark on decaying logs & stumps.

Something in the Platydesmida. Brachycybe genus is listed for the Southern U.S., but I don't know if this is that genus or not.
