dragonfly nymph? which one??

Size: fits on fingertip
picked up from a floating leaf of American lotus, this appears to be a casing from a hatched nymph, I think it's a dragonfly, but which one? This is the Sassafras River, a tidal freshwater tributary of the Chesapeake Bay.
