These are definitely NOT Takecallis. Based on the bamboo host, it is probably Melanaphis, although I've never seen that genus in life. We could call it Rhopalosiphini if you want.

There is actually a genus of bamboo aphids. Not saying yours are they, but it's a fair place to start.

These are different in color than the aphids I normally see around here on bamboo. I'll have a look.
