PLEASE HELP!!!! I have a tiny white bug infestation...

I have a tiny white bug infestation in my bedroom (in a moist and dusty basement in Ontario Canada). They are extreamly small, smaller than a grain of salt and are hard to see unless they are on something dark in colour. They dont appear to have wings and dont seem to fly ( but I could be wrong, they just look like tiny specs, I cant even make out legs when looking at them), they just crawl around on everything. They are in my bed, on my clothes, in my dressers, pretty much on EVERYTHING! I have sprayed my bedroom with a standard indoor/outdoor bug killer twice within the past two weeks but it didnt seem to do anything to them. I have done several searches on the internet to try and ID these nasty little buggers but have not come up with anything conclusive. At first I thought they could be dust mites, but I believe dust mites are too small for the naked eye to see am i right? My Aunt suggested that they are aphids but I dont have any plants down here. I dont think taking a picture will help, all i have to take pictures with is my cell phone and it doesnt take very good quality pictures, So I found a picture of something on the internet that seems to be atleast similar...

possibly springtails
They might be springtails. Someone else just recently had a similar issue with them so you might also find it worthwhile to read through the comments posted here.

I don't know at first I thoug
I don't know at first I thought maybe Proturans but I blew it up in photoshop and it looks like it only has two tagma, possibly small mites? Not sure though, without a better photo or microscopy, it is hard to tell. Can you see how many legs they have?

My advice would be to clean up the dust, and buy a de-humidifier, and it should probably help your situation greatly.

EDIT: (Just realized that the photo you posted isn't one that you took).
