Oecetis?
while indistinct the venation appears to be that of Oecetis. The plain brownish color is unusual for the genus, and Triaenodes as Ian suggested it may be If you kept it we could tell. Or if you can get a high resolution image of posterior half of the wing in the 2nd photo perhaps it will be in focus enough to see the venation clearly.

I have added an extra photo which I hope shows the wing venation a little better. Although not much higher in resolution this photo was taken with a flash, which seems to have highlighted the venation a little better.

I have saved the specimen in a vial of ethanol, and will be sending it to Brady for further examination.

this pic shows just what ya need to get to genus for this specimen - the apex of the M1+2 vein is not forked - that is Oecetis. Brady should be able to determine species.

Leptoceridae. The big bushy palps make me think Triaenodes sp.
