. Probably
Ctenophora apicata
based on the adult image (note the wing is lighter in your image compare to here, but this group has wide range of wing color within species. The larva of species of Ctenophora live and feed on decaying woods as where you have found them. - Chen

They
maybe an opportunitist, eat whatever in their way. There is very little known about the larva life way of crane flies, any finding would be new and interesting. I will keep your observation in mind and add to the crane fly website when updating the life history of various group of crane flies later. Thanks, - Chen
