Please add your state -
Just click edit, then fill in the State/ Province space. I assume this is Fort Bend County, TX? Well, I've done it for you since this seems to be the only Sugar Land in a Ft. Bend County, USA.
Your wasp does look like a
Monobia quadridens
to me, but please wait for an expert opinion.
