Size: I'm guessing just over 2"
Thank you. This lovely dragonfly was perched on some long grass near the wall of an 'outbuilding'. We live on the edge of the woods with a meadow-like yard. My very amateur guess is a Prince Baskettail; maybe a teneral?

You are right. It is a teneral / juvenile Prince Baskettail (Epicordulia princeps). Nice photo!
