Black-tipped Hangingfly - Hylobittacus apicalis

I think this species is Hylobittacus apicalis based on habitat, behavior, and the dark spots/area on the wing tips.

These were hanging from low vegetation in a hillside seepage area. The ground was moist. There was fairly thick forest canopy. The area was very shaded (flash was required).
