I agree - a great name
for this moth, and has a lot more flair than Palm Leaf Housemaker, which can be used for the larva.

An attempt
Consider this a preliminary ID until a real moth person chimes in, but on plate 61 of Covell's "Eastern Moths" there is a Coleophorid moth, Homaledra heptathalama, which looks like a good match.
