Moved tentatively
Joe Schaffner just ID'd as such a couple of specimens (from TAMU campus) that look exactly like this one

Moved from Creontiades.

Creontiades sp. --det. M.D. Schwartz

Maybe, Phytocoris sp.
^^

Maybe Phytocoris Group III ?
The membrane looks uniformly light, head width seems slightly greater than A1, and A1 could be considered yellow with dark spots.
