Size: 3mm from head to wingtip
The closest I can come up with is Walshia.

This is Mompha cephalonthiella. It looks a lot like the related M. solomoni but has a bluish cast to some of the forewing scales and lacks the black-edged white crescent marking on the forewing.

It sure looks like a Mompha, I just didn't see a good match for the species.

I'd look in Mompha
