Wow, that's a tricky one. I would almost lean Hickory since the black/orange spot does seem noticeably shorter than the blue and the orange seems a trace smaller than the black part of that orange/black spot and the white outlines on the other spots seems pretty strong and they seem thick, bit wow it's a close one seems almost right split down the middle.

Banded
I would agree, this looks like a Banded but you may want to wait for one more opinion -- I've only seen Hickory's a few times myself.
