it is. Possibly parvicornis solely on nearby known distribution (TX), but far from any authoritative identification.

Eurygenius parvicornis (probably)
The elytra are not spotted (with spots --> darlingtoni), but the body is a darker color than any parvicornis that I have (darlingtoni is supposedly a bit darker - only known from the female type). Body colors can vary, I would put my money on parvicornis.
