Wasp ID? - Dolichovespula maculata
Wauwatosa (Milwaukee suburb), Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA

The wasp nest in the photo is about the size of a softball. The wasps are relatively small and are only about about 0.5 to 0.75 inches in length. They are mainly colored black and white - no yellow. Can anyone put a name to them?
