Leafhopper (nymph)? - Graphocephala

Leafhopper (nymph)? - Graphocephala
Hill Township, Ogemaw County, Michigan, USA
July 4, 2011
Size: 1/4 inch
almost transparent, am wondering if this could be a nymph? Scarlet-and-Green hoppers are common in this same flower garden where I photographed this specimen today, and I usually view them about the time my monarda is in blossom, which will be in a couple of weeks. ID help appreciated, thanks!
