Carl - I hope you kept that one. It is smaller than I would expect but the color is right and the head looks quite long. Do you have a dorsal pic of the head/thorax? There is a very rare caddis, Leptophylax, that should occur in your area. The wings don't look quite right but you will have to keep one to be sure.
