This is probably a heavily pregnant female Dolomedes Fishing Spider. Some species are found well away from water, but I'm sure all will take the chance if the food or water source is there. This may be a Dolomedes scriptus, but I'm not sure of that. Soon this girl will lay eggs in a lovely silken sack and carry it in her jaws.
