Cerambycidae
A female Prioninae of some kind, judging by the data on Bugguide likely to be either
Orthosoma brunneum
or
Prionus imbricornis
. Though neither of them look quiet right to me.

The pronotum is multi-dentate
The pronotum is multi-dentate so I don't think it can be either of those. I'm still not that familiar with the eastern cerambycids, but this specimen looks a lot like the specimen of
Mallodon dasystomus
in my collection.
