Cerambycidae
A female Prioninae of some kind, judging by the data on Bugguide likely to be either Orthosoma brunneum or Prionus imbricornis. Though neither of them look quiet right to me.

 
The pronotum is multi-dentate
The pronotum is multi-dentate so I don't think it can be either of those. I'm still not that familiar with the eastern cerambycids, but this specimen looks a lot like the specimen of Mallodon dasystomus in my collection.
