Small Fluffy Pale Blue Moth

Small Fluffy Pale Blue Moth
Sand Lake, Kent County, Michigan, USA
July 7, 2011
Size: 07/07/11
It was a really hot day when I noticed these moths were everywhere! Floating around and hardly landing ever. I didn't think I'd even be able to get a good photo. They almost seem to glow since they are so white with a pale blue hue to it. There are tons of them in my yard that I've seen since. they bodies are covered with long fluffy stuff that looks almost like down feathers. They are very small, probably no larger than half an inch.
