My guess for this one is Chloropidae, but that's truly a guess. Any help identifying this fly is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Terry, for your expertise! I'd begun to give up hope of identifying this beyond family. Looks like this might be the first image placed in the genus here on bugguide. Very exciting!
