Unicorn Clubtail - Arigomphus villosipes
I would say that this is not a Common Sanddragon. Although the upper claspers are light colored, they are not parallel and the lower claspers are also obvious. The thorax markings are also incorrect. On this individual, the sides are light green in color and the front has the Z mark of Gomphus/Arigomphus. Although the angle is tough, the best fit is a Unicorn Clubtail - Arigomphus villosipes.
