Racket-tailed Emerald
To me, the tip of the tail is too large for an American Emerald. The abdomen of an American Emerald is thicker in segments 4-6 and doesn't have such a distinct 'club' or 'racket' at the end. This is a male Racket-tailed Emerald (Dorocordulia libera). Nice photo!!
