These are stink bug eggs, not squash bug eggs, and I'm not sure on what basis you say they're parasitized by Telenomus.

Parasitized eggs
Sometimes (often) it actually is possible to tell eggs have been parasitized, because they turn blackish:

Parasites
There almost certainly are wasps that parasitize squash bug eggs, but I don't know offhand what they are. I do know that there are flies, called feather-legged flies, that parasitize adult squash bugs. Here is what a fly egg on a squash bug looks like (often located on or close to the head):
