Okanagana cicada? - Okanagana

Okanagana cicada? - Okanagana
Esmeralda Basin, near Alpine Lakes Wilderness, Kittitas County, Washington, USA
July 7, 2011
It was alive, but apparently didn't properly complete metamorphosis. Found at ~4500ft elevation on a blade of grass, near a stream.

Can anyone give me a definite ID? I'd love to find out how to distinguish the species - any help there? Also trying to find distribution maps, and having a devil of a time of it.

Moved from Okanagana occidentalis.

This would require more angles and song data to separate it from its closely related species.

Thank you!
Thank you!

Okanagana occidentalis
Note that the genus name follows the British/Canadian spelling and not the American version "Okanogan".
