Tibicen lyricen (teneral female)
After reviewing this specimen and getting additional confirmation. The consensus supports T. lyricen as the id.

Although this specimen shares some similar traits with color forms seen in Tibicen tibicen ... the following observations support T. lyricen.
1) tibia of left fore leg is visible and distinctly reddish-brown (lyricen trait - T. tibicen has bright mint-green colored legs)
2) distinct "off colored anchor-shaped pattern" on pronotum (typical lyricen trait - very very rare in T. tibicen)
3) the gold-bronze greens of the pronotum seen here are not the deeper brighter greens typical of T. tibicen either, but are very typical of lyricen.
4) AGREED - the dark greenish hue to the eyes is more typical of tibicen, but can be seen in teneral lyricen.

Refer to Info under T. lyricen and T. tibicen (chloromerus) for a simplified yet detailed synopsis aiding in id. and separation of these 2 species.
