Snowberry Clearwing (Hemaris diffinis)
Hummingbird Clearwing is close, but the Hummingbird Clearwing has white legs, and this fellow has black legs, which makes it a Snowberry Clearwing. See the info page here: http://bugguide.net/node/view/2639
