With its metallic coloring, recurved labial palps, and swellings at the bases of the antennae, this moth reminds me of a Coleophora. However, it does not seem like a match for any of the metallic Coleophora species at BugGuide.net: Metallic Coleophora Moth - Hodges#1387 (Coleophora mayrella), Species Coleophora trifolii - Large Clover Casebearer - Hodges#1388, Coleophora deauratella - Hodges#1398.2 (Coleophora deauratella).

Blastobasine
This is one of the blastobasine coleophorids; I can't ID it further than that on sight. The main diagnostic point that would rule out the metallic Coleophora spp. is that this moth is considerably broader, relative to length, than they are; metallic Coleophora tend to be markedly slender moths.
